Something rubs me the wrong way about this entire presentation. First, referring to a major war that lasted almost a decade as an "engagement" is an insult to all who fought and died there. Secondly, "musings on Iraq" is equally offensive. It must be nice to now sit in a fancy office in D.C. and "muse" how we all screwed up so much.
1. You're arguing over semantics
2. You obviously don't read my blog often and I'm not in DC. To be clear my emphasis is upon Iraqis and what they are doing with their country. You're obviously the one projecting and stuck on how the US screwed up.
