Thanks for these photo montages of Baghdad as a regular place where humans live---every day.
Aside from the random blackhawk helicopter in the distance, it is great, this day after the US "cased its colors," to see such a thing.
When are we scheduling the history/archeology tour of Iraq?

Steve, thought it was a great montage as well. With all the American pundits and politicians talking about doom and gloom after the U.S. withdrawal I think it's important to see that there is an element of stability in Iraq despite the terrorist attacks.
As for the tour, would love to go! I had a chance to work there for two years ago, but turned it down because of family and teaching.

It will be better, later...after the US taint subsides and we, as civilians, will be just regular tourists.
Fortunately, Wolf and Company are not on the box every day in Iraq.
Without belittling the hurdles in front of them, I have more faith in the Iraqi people than our pundits do.
