What nonsense. The Lancet study did not assess Iraqi civilian casualties at 150,000, but rather 1.5 million : this after 500,000 from sanctions. Nor was it possible to look at the WMD threat and not notice that the CIA company Brewster Jennings was 'blown' by the exposure of Valerie Plame / Wilson and intel for the CIA nuclear threat desk for the Middle East chopped off. As for 'mistakes' being made in assessing the results of invasion, it is worth noting that Saddam was put in play in the first place to stabilize the region by eliminating the competition.
