Drone, Missile and Airstrikes In Iraq As Iran War Continues

Iraq remains a secondary front in the Iran War. Everyday, the U.S., Israel and Iran attack something in the country.

On March 9 the Shabak 30th Hashd Brigade was hit by an airstrike in the Bartella area of the Ninewa Plains. The unit is aligned with the pro-Iran Resistance and has been targeted for several days now. Saraya al-Khorasani was struck for the first time in Qaim, Anbar

Iran and its Iraqi allies were also active. A drone and missiles were shot down by air defenses over Baghdad airport. These were aimed at Camp Victoria which is used by U.S. forces. As a result debris fell on two neighborhoods in Baghdad with one house destroyed.

In Kurdistan a drone attacked another military base at the Irbil airport that houses American troops. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard also claimed it destroyed a radar installation in the region.
