1982 During Iranian Op Ramadan Ayatollah Baqir al-Hakim crossed into Iraq from Iran
            Called for uprising vs Saddam
1982 During peak of Op Ramadan Iran held 120 sq mi of Iraqi territory By end only
            had 32 sq mi
