This cross-party Early Day Motion on the UK's Parliamentary Order Paper may be of interest, but it needs pushing on the floor of the Commons which at the moment unfortuneately is consumed with the whether and how the UK will be leaving the European Union. UK MPs also need to pursue it via Ministerial and other contacts - https://edm.parliament.uk/early-day-motion/53361/protests-in-iraq
Surprise parliament got around to it. At least someone in the west is paying attentin to Iraq.
