Dec 3 UN Resolution 1280 extended Oil for Food program

 

Dec 10 UN Resolution 1281 extended Oil for Food Program for Iraq

 

Dec 17 UN Resolution 1284 created UNMOVIC as new Iraq WMD inspection regime Got rid of

export oil quotas and eased import restrictions under Oil for Food Program
